Refunds on Courses

Individuals who want to receive a refund on an Institute of Coaching course are eligible to receive a 100% refund within 30 days of purchase *.

If an individual opts to cancel and receive a refund for the course within 30 days, they will not be eligible to receive CEUs, or the IOC Certification of Completion of the course.

The Institute of Coaching will not issue refunds beyond 30 days of a course purchase.

* Requests for refunds within 30 days will not be permitted if the individual has completed 50% or more of the course material, or if the course has been completed and CEU’s have been collected by the individual.

Refunds on Memberships

If an individual has purchased a course and membership package, they will be able to retain their IOC membership should they choose to refund the course. No refunds for memberships will be issued in conjunction with a refunded course product. For more information on canceling an IOC membership you can learn more on our terms and conditions page here.
